FIELD: testing engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises intensification of leakage through micro-cracks by vibration, which is provided by connecting the receiver of a given volume with the bubbling member tube and connecting the article to the flexible vessel mounted inside the gas chamber that is connected with the air space of the bubbling member. The article and flexible vessel are simultaneously filled with liquid under controlled pressure. The receiver, bubbling member, and gas chamber are filled with gas. The bubble discharged from the bubbling member tube is recorded, which is the indication of the leakage. Subsequent to the filling of the article to be tested with liquid, it is set in vibration until the completion of bubble discharging from the tube of the bubbling member.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability.
