FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: rear vehicle axle comprises a central transverse beam (1) and an aerodynamic fairing (5). The transverse beam (1) is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and is installed between the side levers (2) located on each side of the vehicle. The front ends (200) of the levers are connected to the vehicle structure, and the levers comprise at their rear end (201) trunnion brackets (3) of the rear wheels of the vehicle. The fairing covers the central transverse beam (1) and a part of the side levers (2), which is located between the ends of the central transverse beam (1) and the rear ends (201) of the side levers (2), from the bottom. The aerodynamic fairing (5) is made in the form of a single piece of plastic material and is configured to precisely fit and close the downwardly directed opening formed along the central transverse beam.
EFFECT: improved aerodynamic flow under the vehicle in order to reduce fuel consumption and noise.
