FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: periodic staining of colourless glass melt, welded from a mixture of cullet and batch containing 0.00005-0.00008% of cobalt oxide based bleaching agent, is carried out by mixing it in a feeder channel with a capacity of 60 tons of glass melt per day with a fusible frit containing on cobalt oxide based dye in an amount of 0.001-0.0025% per ton of glass melt. The cullet with a transitional colour, formed after 3 hours of direct and 9 hours of reverse repainting, is averaged to an average cobalt oxide content of 0.00025-0.000625% per ton of cullet. And coloured cullet with stable content of cobalt oxide in amount of 0.001-0.0025% per ton of cullet, formed in the course of established production process, is dosed in amount of 2% of total mass of batch and cullet mixture, and is added to 10% of imported colourless cullet. The amount of recycled colour cullet loaded to the furnace is reduced to 8% and the content of bleaching agent in batch is reduced to 0.0-0.00006%. When running out of coloured cullet with stable dye content, the averaged cullet with reduced dye content in the amount of 2% is added to 8% of imported colourless cullet, restoring the amount of recycled colourless cullet to 10% and reducing the content of the bleaching agent in batch to 0.0000375-0.000075%. The initial amount of imported colourless cullet, equal to 10%, as well as the initial content of bleaching agent in batch in the amount of 0.00005-0.00008% is restored after the end of the coloured cullet stock.
EFFECT: reduction of factory waste glass.
