FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vibratory glass mass granulator. Granulator contains a transporting vibrating tray filled with water and consisting of a horizontal trough-shaped chute equipped with water discharge pipes and two inclined chutes located on opposite sides of the horizontal trough-shaped flute. Transporting surface of the first inclined chute, unloading outlet of which is raised by 150–180 mm above water level in transporting tray, is inclined upwards at angle of 12–15° in relation to transporting surface of horizontal trough chute. Movement of the glass-granulate towards the unloading outlet of the first inclined chute is provided by the first and second unbalanced electric vibrators, which are located on the stiffeners so that the direction of their oscillation makes 20–30° relative to transporting vibration tray longitudinal axis. Inclination of conveying surface of second inclined chute, discharge outlet of which is also raised by 150–180 mm above water level and is located on opposite side, is 165–168°. Movement of glass-granulate on said surface towards unloading outlet of second inclined chute is provided in reversing mode by third and fourth unbalanced electric vibrators, which are on stiffeners on opposite side from center of inertia and arranged so that their oscillation direction angle makes 150–160° relative to transporting vibration tray longitudinal axis.
EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities due to provision of the mode of reverse movement of glass-granulate, at which colorless glass-granulate moves in the granulator in one direction, and the colored glass-granulate moves in the opposite direction.
