The housing of the nozzle element is made in the form of three hemispherical surfaces connected to each other with a gap by means of a fastening element through the ring-type spacer elements, and the elements increasing the contact area of the flow with the nozzle are made in the form of corrugated elements located with the gaps relative to the hemispherical surfaces of the nozzle element housing. Hemispherical element surfaces of the nozzles are made perforated.
