FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: electric power supply control device for an electric power supply device including a plurality of batteries and an electric power generator charging the plurality of batteries. The electric power control device controls the parallel connection between the plurality of batteries. Voltage regulation is performed while processing the charge by means of supplying electric power from the generator to a battery having the lowest output voltage during processing the discharge by means of supplying electric power from a battery having the greatest output voltage to a load circuit connected to a battery having the greatest output voltage. Parallel connection is performed, if the difference in the output voltages between the plurality of batteries becomes equal to or less than a predetermined threshold value.
EFFECT: simplifying the design of the electric power supply control device for the parallel connection of batteries.
