Voltage regulation is performed while processing the charge by means of supplying electric power from the generator to a battery having the lowest output voltage during processing the discharge by means of supplying electric power from a battery having the greatest output voltage to a load circuit connected to a battery having the greatest output voltage. Parallel connection is performed, if the difference in the output voltages between the plurality of batteries becomes equal to or less than a predetermined threshold value.

EFFECT: simplifying the design of the electric power supply control device for the parallel connection of batteries.
