FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: pressurization method for sealing the joints of the barrier layer of a vapour barrier on the lines of the bearing columns of a prefabricated building, in which is realized: the installation of a plurality of bearing building columns is carried out, wherein each building column includes an outer shelf and an upper member for securing the cover beam thereto; selection of a horizontally extending bolt of the preferred width for subsequent connection to the outer column shelf; displacement of the building wall line from the structural columns to a distance approximately corresponding to the width of the selected crossbar, connecting the cover plate with the first and second side, and also with the inner and outer surface of the outer shelf of the carrier column. The first and second sides of the cover plate hang from the outer column shelf; fastener at least one bolt over the cover plate and to the outer shelf of the supporting columns; placing the first roll of insulation over the crossbar; the placement of the second roll of insulation is adjacent to the first roll. The second roll has at least one horizontally extending recess in it, coinciding with the position of at least one horizontally extending bolt; fastener at least one horizontally extending intermediate bar to the outer wall panel, the intermediate bar being positioned so as to fall into at least one horizontally extending recess; fastener of the outer wall and intermediate bars to the bolt; and fixing the inner vapour barrier to both the first and second overhanging sides of the cover plate, thereby excluding any straight metal bridge between the inner and outer walls of the prefabricated building.

EFFECT: insulation and preservation system of a continuous vapour barrier in the construction of the prefabricated building.
