FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the production of dough-rolling devices for drum-type pelmeni machines. In this case, a combination of rolling units takes place while introducing a unit new for the given field of technology - a unit for combination in a single dough sheet, and/or an overlay (similarly), and/or at least partial sticking together (similarly) of at least a pair of dough strips. The rolling of the machine is made with the possibility of forming at least one output dough strip consisting of at least two independently produced dough layers, for which purpose additional units of final rolling and at least one new unit are included in the corresponding part of the machine rolling. Wherein such a unit along the motion of the dough strips is arranged between the final rolling units feeding the dough strips on it, and the drums.
EFFECT: obtaining a quality finished product, the ability to create a multi-layer dough shell.
