SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a line for producing biodiesel fuel from oilseed crop seeds, which includes a receiving seed hopper, an oil press, a storage tank for squeezed oil, a filtration line, interconnected by a system of process pipelines, a settling tank, a tank for biodiesel and glycerin. The line is additionally equipped with a brazier mounted above the oil press, a cake tank located adjacent to the oil press, and a raw material preparation unit located behind the oil filtration unit, which is connected to a homogenizer and a cavitator, connected by the process pipelines to a settler where glycerin is separated, and a methanol distillation unit, which is connected to an additional settler and a biodiesel filtration line, connected to the tank for finished biodiesel fuel, and the raw material preparation unit includes a rotameter, a desolver, a methanol storage and an alkali storage, connected together by pipelines.

EFFECT: simplifying the design, reducing metal consumption and energy consumption, increasing productivity, reducing labour costs due to reducing the duration of the operational efficiency increasing process by the speed of the system as a whole, the ease of operation and maintenance due to the line operation reliability, which improves the finished product quality and the environment ecology.
