SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of biodiesel fuel from sunflower seeds. Line for producing biodiesel from oilseed crops, including a receiving seed hopper, an oil press, a container for cake, an accumulator container for pressed oil, a filtration system, a homogeniser, and a container for finished biodiesel fuel. Additionally, the line has a multimedia apparatus in communication with a computer, an accumulator tank with diesel fuel, a container for testing the finished biodiesel fuel with a bypass valve, wherein the receiving seed hopper is connected with the oil press, the oil filtration system is connected with the homogeniser, the input whereof is connected with the output of the accumulator container with diesel fuel, and located above the container for testing the finished biodiesel fuel, made of a transparent material and located above the container for finished biodiesel fuel, wherein the container for testing the finished biodiesel is installed opposite the multimedia apparatus, the bypass valve is connected with the computer and the homogeniser.
