FIELD: pharmacology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for synthesis of tetrahydropyrazino[2,3-c]pyridazine derivatives of the formula , which can be used for manufacture of medicaments for treatment of oncological, chronic inflammatory and other diseases.
EFFECT: new synthesis method allows to obtain compounds of general formula 1 possessing an increased degree of purity.
