SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the preparation of ammonium salts of functionally substituted diazaspyrans, specifically 3-amino-8-hydroxy-1,6-dioxo-4-cyano-2,7-diazaspiro [4,4] non-3-ene-2-ids of the formula 1 , where R1=R2=CH3, R3=H, R4+R5=(C2H4)2O; R1=CH3, R2=C2H5, R3=H, R4=R5=C2H5; R1=CH3, R2=C3H7, R3=H, R4+R5=(C2H4)2O; R1=CH3, R2=C3H7, R3=H, R4=R5=C2H5; R1=CH3, R2=C3H7, R3=R4=H, R5=t-Bu; R1=R2=R3=CH3, R4=R5=C2H5; R1+R2=(CH2)4, R3=CH3, R4+R5=(C2H4)2O; R1+R2=(CH2)4, R3=CH3, R4=H, R5=CH2Ph; R1=Ph, R2=R4=R5=CH3, R3=H; R1=Ph, R2=CH3, R3=H, R4=R5=C2H5; R1=Ph, R2=CH3, R3=R4=H, R5=t-Bu. The method consists in adding an appropriate amine HNR4R5 to the suspension of the corresponding 3-amino-8-hydroxy-1,6-dioxo-2,7-diazaspiro [4,4] non-3-ene-4-carbonitrile in an organic solvent and stirring for 3-24 hours at room temperature, after which the precipitate is filtered off, washed with propan-2-ol. Ammonium salts of functionally substituted diazaspyranes may find use as inhibitors of integrase of HIV-1, tyrosine kinase, telomerase, inhibitors or agonists of 5-hydroxytryptamine receptors, endothelin receptor antagonists, agents that have the effect of inducing apoptosis of blast cells (BALL-1).
