SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing novel 3-amino-8-hydroxy-1,6-dioxo-2,7-diazaspiro[4.4]non-3-ene-4-carbonitriles of formula: , where R1=R2=CH3, R3=H; R1=R2=R3=CH3; R1=iPr, R2=R3=CH3, R1+R2=(CH2)4, R3=CH3; R1=Ph, R2=CH3, R3=H. The method involves dissolving the corresponding 4-oxoalkane-1,1,2,2-tetracarbonitrile in aqueous NaOH solution and holding for 1…2 at room temperature, after which the reaction mass is neutralised with 20…25% acetic acid to form the end product.
EFFECT: obtaining novel 3-amino-8-hydroxy-1,6-dioxo-2,7-diazaspiro[4,4]non-3-ene-4-carbonitriles.
