SUBSTANCE: tunable microwave phase shifter contains the first segment of the transmission line whose ends are connected to the input and output of the tunable phase shifter, to the middle of which an open section of the transmission line is connected via a jumper to which additional open line segments can be connected via jumpers. The input and output of the tunable phase shifter are further connected by a second section of the transmission line arranged parallel to the first section through the gap and equal in length to it. In the middle of the second segment of the transmission line, a break is made, two additional jumpers are connected symmetrically on both sides of the rupture, connecting the first and second segments of the transmission line through the gap, the position of which changes with adjustment, with the wave resistance of the first and second line segments being twice the input resistance.
EFFECT: reducing the error in setting the phase value and improving the matching in a wide frequency range with small dimensions.
