SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in phased antenna arrays to align the phases of SHF paths after its manufacture. The SHF adjusting phase shifter has the same first and second segments of the transmission line, one ends of which are connected to the input and the output, and the others are connected to each other by a third conductor. By the middle of the third conductor an open loop is connected through the jumper. Between the sections of the loop, additional jumpers for step adjustment phase are included. In this case, the first and second segments are arranged in parallel and connected additionally through a capacitor whose terminals are connected at equal distances from the ends of the segments with the possibility of moving along them during the phase adjustment. The capacitor capacitance is constant and ranges from 1/2ωZ0 up to 1/ωZ0, where ω is the circular frequency, Z0 - input and output resistance, as well as wave resistance of line segments.
EFFECT: reducing the error in setting the phase value and improving the matching in a wide frequency range with small dimensions.
