FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: method involves the manufacture of a metal liner having upper and lower convex bottoms of the same thickness that are hermetically sealed at their edges along the perimeter; Thermal treatment of a metal liner, application of an anticorrosion coating on its outer surface and the manufacture of an external reinforcing shell from a band composite material. The winding of each tape is performed with the formation of a loop by winding it onto a plate fixed outside the process demountable removable ring. The design of threaded joints ensures uniform tension of each pair of loops of the balloon attachment elements and at once six adjusting-tension degrees of freedom simultaneously.

EFFECT: increasing the reliability of the balloon during the manufacture and operation, simplifying the manufacturing process.
