FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: method of manufacturing of HP metal-plastic bottle including: metal liner manufacturing; metal liner heat treatment; anticorrosion coating application to the outside surface of the metal liner; manufacturing of strengthening reinforcement enclosure, drying and polymerisation of the strengthening reinforcement enclosure; autofrettage operation. The liner is manufactured in form of the ellipsoid created by connection of two bottoms, at that liner aides are made with same thickness. Outside strengthening reinforcement enclosure is made over the entire outside surface of the liner with fixing elements for the metal-plastic bottle. At that ribbons make loops by means of winding on the rigid temporary disassembled detachable ring.

EFFECT: method of manufacturing of HP metal-plastic bottle with reduced weight and specified strength characteristics.
