FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: hybrid vehicle control device comprises a power motor battery with a high power level, an auxiliary starter motor battery and a DC converter. The auxiliary battery is charged by means of the battery with a high power level through the DC converter. There is also an engine start control means, via the starter motor, a "Ready ON" state dermination means, and a control means for controlling the DC converter actuation time. If the electric power output by means of the battery with a high power level does not have a predetermined value or more, the DC converter operation starts after determining the "Ready ON" state.
EFFECT: increasing the durability of the auxiliary battery.
