SUBSTANCE: universal biofermenter contains a housing, a device for feeding the initial material, made in the form of a helical screw, the housing of which is sealed relative to the biofermenter housing, in the upper part of which there is an opening for an exhaust air duct, a shaft with a drive is rotatably mounted inside the bioenzymator along its central axis, resting by its bottom part on a support rigidly connected to the wall of the cylindrical part of the biofermentator housing, in the middle part of which an air distributor is rigidly fixed to its wall, made in the form of an annular manifold having N-radial air distributing pipes with perforations in their bottom part, connected through an air duct with a fan, and a paddle agitator is mounted above the air distributor, rigidly fixed on a shaft passing through the annular manifold openings, a discharging screw, and probes for the temperature measurement and air medium control. The bottom part of the biofermentator housing is made in the form of a groove of a V-shaped profile, the bottom of which is made with a curvature not less than the radius of the discharge screw.
EFFECT: improving the efficiency of processing organic waste into compost.
