FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and can be used for processing organic waste in compost. Bioenzymator for accelerated bioconversion of organic waste contains a cylindrical drum with a heat-insulating coating, equipped with a system of aeration of the compostable mass and having loading and unloading windows located on its opposite ends. Plant is equipped with blades for feeding the finished compost to the unloading window, evenly distributed along the circumference, drive and the rollers with the drum are mounted on the frame. Drum rotation drive is made with a reversible motor. Frame is made of U-shaped with reinforcement of stiffness at its corners “kerchiefs”, and from the end faces four different racks are rigidly fixed, the extreme of which are equal to each other and make up 2:3 from the height of two equally high central stands with holes made along the central axis, rigidly connected by a crossbar. Neighboring multiple-elevation racks are rigidly connected among themselves an inclined crossbeam. At the end of the biofermenter, the first ring is rigidly fixed, to which a second ring is rigidly fixed, whose outer diameter is less than or equal to the outer diameter of the second ring, and the inner diameter of the second ring is greater than the inner diameter of the first ring. Inside the second ring there is a disc, fixed removable threaded connections to the central pillars. Behind the disk there is a third ring, fixed by removable screw connections with the first, through the second, rings. Disk of the feed end has holes: in its central part there is an aperture with an aeration pipe installed in it, and in the upper part - a loading window with a damper. In the discharge end disk there are holes: in the center there is a discharge window with an unloading device placed in it, and in the upper part - the hole with the nozzle installed in it. Blades for feeding the finished compost to the unloading window are rigidly fixed to the inner surface of the cylindrical drum and are arranged along the radii of the cylindrical drum, equal to the length of the part of the discharge device located inside the cylindrical drum and installed in the unloading window. Reversible motor through a chain drive between the driving and driven gears and through a gear wheel mounted on the same shaft with the driven gear, interacts with a chain rigidly connected to a cylindrical drum and located in the central part of the cylindrical drum.
EFFECT: invention provides a simplification of the construction of loading and unloading systems of the processed material, external air supply systems and removal of the gas-air mixture, as well as reducing the time of processing of organic waste with the possibility of continuous maintenance of the bioconversion process.
