FIELD: agricultural engineering.

SUBSTANCE: manure processing system has biofermenter, ventilation apparatus, exhaust openings positioned under biofermenter roof, and vehicles for unloading and transportation of processed manure. Ventilation apparatus has two fans and air duct. Fans are disposed outside and opposite each other on side walls of biofermenter. Air duct is disposed on floor of biofermenter and consists of two sections. Each section of air duct is connected to one of fans and comprises main part and branches. Main part of air duct section is positioned along wall of biofermenter. Branches are extending over the entire area of biofermenter reservoir and are perpendicularly connected to main part of air duct section. Openings provided along the entire length of air duct are spaced away from each other by distance of 0.3-0.35 m. System has additional biofermenters connected to each other through manure feeding pipes. Each pipe is provided with gates mounted so as to direct manure to one or another biofermenter. Biofermenter reservoir is provided with rounded corners having radius making 1/4 the length of biofermenter. Diameter of air duct is 0.3-0.35 m, and diameter of air duct openings is 4-6 mm. Gates are formed through reservoir walls. Incline is formed at one side of gates and discharge platform is provided at other side of gates.

EFFECT: increased manure processing, loading and unloading efficiency, and improved quality of resulted biological fertilizers.
