FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and can be used for recycling organic waste into compost. The biofermenter for accelerated recycling of organic waste comprises, with a heat-insulating coating, a cylindrical drum with a loading end and an unloading end and provided with a system for aeration of the composted mass. The aeration system is made in the form of a perforated pipeline. The cylindrical drum has a loading window and an unloading window, located on the opposite end sides thereof, blades for supplying the finished compost to the unloading window, arranged evenly in the drum along the circumference, a frame, a cylindrical drum rotation drive, and support rollers installed on the frame. The frame is made U-shaped with gussets at the corners thereof used to enhance the rigidity. Four stands of different heights are rigidly fixed at the end sides of the cylindrical drum, wherein the two centrally located stands are made of equal height and the other two end stands are made equal to each other and constitute 2:3 of the height of the two central stands of equal height. The latter are made with holes located along the central axis of the stands, rigidly interconnected by a crossbar. Adjacent stands of different heights are rigidly interconnected by an inclined crossbar. A first ring is rigidly fixed at the end of the cylindrical drum. A second ring is rigidly fixed to the first ring. The inner diameter of the second ring is larger than the inner diameter of the first ring. A disk is installed inside the second ring, secured with removable threaded connections to the central stands. A third ring is installed behind the disk, secured with removable threaded connections to the first ring through the second ring. Holes are made in the disk of the loading end of the cylindrical drum: located in the central part thereof is a hole for installing an aeration perforated pipeline therein, and located in the upper part is a hole for a loading window. Holes are made in the disk of the unloading end of the cylindrical drum: located in the centre is an unloading window with an unloading apparatus placed therein, and located in the upper part is a hole with a branch pipe installed therein. Blades for supplying the finished compost to the unloading window are rigidly secured on the inner surface of the cylindrical drum and are arranged along the radii of the cylindrical drum. The length of each of the blades is equal to the length of the part of the unloading apparatus located inside the cylindrical drum and installed in the unloading window. Installed in the loading window is a loading conveyor, the part of the length whereof located inside the cylindrical drum is less than the length of the elbow of the aeration pipeline installed in the central part of the loading end. Rigidly secured on the outer surface of the cylindrical drum are guides made in the form of a U-shaped strip. Rollers are placed inside the U-shaped strip, configured to rotate, and rigidly secured on the shaft of the cylindrical drum rotation drive is a gear configured to interact with the gear rigidly secured along the diameter of the outer surface of the cylindrical drum through a chain transmission.
EFFECT: invention provides a possibility of simplifying the structure, increasing the reliability and eliminating the "dead areas" occurring inside the cylindrical drum.
