SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of nanotechnology, in particular to the nano-capsules preparation process, and describes the spirulina nano-capsules in the konjac gum shell preparation process. Process is characterized in that the spirulina powder is slowly added to the konjac gum suspension in butanol in the presence of 0.01 g of E472c as the surfactant, then stirring at 1,000 rpm, then adding the hexane, after which filtering the resulting suspension and drying at room temperature, at that the core : shell weight ratio makes 1:1, or 1:3, or 1:5.

EFFECT: method ensures the nano-capsules producing process simplification and acceleration, reduction in losses during the nano-capsules production, and can be used in the pharmaceutical and food industries.
