FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: split solenoid is made in the form of turns of a broadband busbar, separated by the diameter into a movable and a fixed section. The adjacent ends of the half-turns are articulated hingedly on one side, and separably on the other one. The split solenoid is equipped with a power supply source connected with its output to the fixed section terminals. The split solenoid comprises a control unit with a remote control panel, as well as a shorting pneumatic cylinder hingedly fixed to a bracket. The rod of the shorting pneumatic cylinder is articulated via a lever with the movable section. In the articulation zones, clamping pneumatic cylinders are installed, the bodies of which are mounted on the outside of the fixed section. The rods of the clamping pneumatic cylinders are passed coaxially to said articulations through the half-turn busbars and are locked on the opposite side of the split solenoid with the possibility of elastic pressing of the half-turns to each other. The control unit comprises pneumatic distributors of the shorting and clamping pneumatic cylinders, connected through the air preparation unit to the centralized pneumatic network.
EFFECT: increasing the manufacturability of the control of wheelset axes.
