FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: hoisting and roller mechanism comprises a roller mechanism with a rotation drive of roller bearings fixed on the ends of two shafts, which carries out interacting the wheel pair with the rails of a technological track and located above the base made in the form of a hollow of rectangular cross-section. The mechanism is complemented by a control unit and a turntable in the form of a rectangular frame. The frame is suspended in cantilever with one its side to the base wall and rests with its opposite side to the rod end of the lifting pneumatic cylinder, the housing of which is mounted vertically at the bottom base part. The mechanism shafts are located in axle boxes on the transverse sides of the frame. The most remote shaft from said rod is mounted with its axis offset upward relative to the line between the rotation axes of said shaft and the rotating frame with the possibility of the synchronous-contact interaction of the roller bearings on both shafts with the ridges of the respective wheels. The roller bearings are provided with bushings pressed onto their roller parts and made of high-strength steel. The end part of said rod is equipped with a hinge-type bearing.
EFFECT: increased reliability of the hoisting and roller mechanism.
