FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: parameters characterizing the patient's condition are measured, the parameters obtained are processed by statistical methods, on the basis of which the most significant diagnostic parameters are singled out, the presence of the disease is revealed by the deviation from the norm. The method also comprises the steps of: parameters characterizing the patient's condition, including clinical-anamnestic data, laboratory-instrumental data, are measured. For parameters for which reference intervals exist, an arithmetic mean is calculated based on the result of the indicator for the particular patient and the values of the reference intervals, and for the remaining parameters, the value is assigned according to the categorical sign of its availability and is designated as "1" and "0", if absent . The individual matrix of the patient's clinical and biochemical state is formed, formed by binary coefficients, corresponding to the comparison of each parameter with the individual reference value and determination of each parameter within a different interval of deviations of the measured value from the individual reference value of the specified parameter, sequentially placing the parameters characterizing the patient's condition in the columns of the matrix, and the norm and various intervals of measured value deviations from the individual reference values of the said parameter in the rows, assigning 1 to the binary coefficient unit, if the value falls within this interval, and a zero if not. The individual matrix of the clinical-biochemical state is processed by statistical methods, based on the processing results, the most significant parameters influencing the patient's condition based on which the presence of the disease in this patient is revealed, are identified.
EFFECT: accuracy of non-infectious diseases diagnosis is increased.
