SUBSTANCE: The method for generating individual nutritional recommendations for the user includes the following steps: obtaining data on at least one product of the user's nutrition, measuring parameters characterizing the user's state, assigning a numerical sequence of the product to each product, calculating the relationship between the individual parameters of the user and the parameters of the product, constructing an individual matrix, on the basis of which at least one recommendation for the user is formed.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the accuracy of forming individual nutritional recommendations for the user's health improval.
