FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: double-layer rolling lever device includes serially connected the crank, the connecting rod, the lever, the output link and the rocker, rolling along the fixed link. The rolling lever is the double-layer link, the working surfaces of which are made along the arcs of the circles. The radii of the circular arcs provide the rolling of the lever without slipping either along the fixed link or along the surface of the progressively moving output link.
EFFECT: pure rolling is achieved.
