FIELD: textile, paper.
SUBSTANCE: non-woven material consists of needle-bonded layers, one of which is formed from an anion-exchange modified capron fiber, and the other is made up of a hydrophilic modified capron fiber of megalon, between which a framework is located made of warp and weft. Along with that, there are relief knops on the surface of the material, the height of which is 8-12 mm, formed as a result of heat treatment of the material at a temperature of 90-100°C. The material density of the wrap and weft is 8-10 t/dm. A rove of high-shrinkage fibers with a linear density of 1250-1300 g/km is used as a wrap, and a rove of thermoplastic fibers with a linear density of 125-1300 g/km is used as a weft.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of material capture by gases and by solid particles.
