FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: reeling head contains the roller, mounted in the holder with the coaxial crushing element. The roller is made with the shank, installed in the cavity of the holder by means of the radial-thrust bearings with the ability of radial and axial pressure to the workpiece of the moulded product. The ring crushing element is made of rigid or hard polyurethane elastomer with the density of 930-1260 kg/m³ with the angular coupling of the working end face and the cylindrical surface and it is fixed to the roller with the coverage of at least its cylindrical surface, at that the lower end face is located at the roller free end level leant on the batter, made on the roller from the shank side, with the diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the crushing element.

EFFECT: expansion of technological abilities to draw the hollow products on cylindrical and conical mandrels as well, and with the double curvature and the increase of the sheet metal products forming quality.
