FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sheet metal processing by extrusion and can be used for cold drawing of thin-wall articles from plastic sheet workpieces. Sheet blank is deposited on mandrel by spinning roller for length not smaller than width of spinning roller, and fixed on mandrel with resilient ring. Elastic ring is made thin-walled with the possibility of changing the transverse dimension and with the expansion of the internal cone on the side of the lower end, which ensures gripping of the sheet workpiece at displacement of the elastic ring along the mandrel. Said sheet is arranged on mandrel by local extrusion with said roll of cylindrical wall of resilient ring by transverse feed of spinning roller and successive displacement of elastic ring along mandrel by screw-like passes around said mandrel with preset pitch.

EFFECT: higher quality of rotary drawing of thin-walled products.
