FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: inventions of the group relate to processing of sheet metal by pressure and can be used for deep drawing thin-walled parts of complex shape in small-batch and single production. Multi-jaw spinning of thin-sheet billet is performed, fixed on end of profile mandrel, made with rounding radius, longitudinal and radial movements of spinning head by length defined by thickness and plasticity of billet material. Extraction of parts is performed on concentric cylindrical nozzles of matrix, conjugated to each other and with mandrel, made with radius of end rounding from external side of nozzle, and length, less than length of profile mandrel by value of rounding radius of mandrel end face, and wall thickness equal to drawing length by process transition. At the first transition, a projection is extruded on the workpiece and flanging of the flat sheet is flanged by longitudinal and radial movements of the spinning head around the outer cylindrical nozzle. Cylindrical nozzles are alternately removed between the process passages of drawing.
EFFECT: enlarging technological capabilities of the drawing method of products due to their length increases.
