SUBSTANCE: thin-sheet blank is fixed on the side of profile cylindrical mandrel by the heel of the pressing device. Pressing of thin-sheet blank on the profiled cylindrical mandrel is carried out through several technological drawing transitions, on each of which the thin-sheet blank is rolled around the profiled mandrel by means of axial pulsating reciprocating motion of the pressing head by a given depth, flattening of the stretched blank corrugations formed in the base circular section base by the end of the pressing head performing axial pulsating reciprocating motions in the direction towards the periphery of blank base and back. At that, the pressing treatment of the thin-sheet blank at each technological transition is carried out on a flat matrix. The depth of drawing is set by axial displacement of cylindrical mandrel through the flat matrix hole and simultaneous displacement of heel of the pressing device. In this case, the rolling of the thin-sheet blank is carried out by the pressing head around the profiled mandrel with rotation of the thin-sheet blank together with the profile mandrel and the flat matrix, and the corrugations are flattened on the matrix the plane. The method is implemented with the help of the drawing machine.

EFFECT: expanded technological possibilities for drawing hollow cylindrical articles from thin-sheet blanks on machines of lathe group for small-scale and single production.
