FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: technological plates are used with holes of dimensions not smaller than the dimensions of the workpiece, and thickness, depending on the plasticity of the workpiece material and the coupling radius of the working surfaces of the pressure head. The technological plates are installed on a profile mandrel corresponding to the complex form of a thin-walled product, with a package height equal to the depth of product drawing. Herewith on the periphery of the workpiece, the corrugations are smoothed out and form a circular section by movements of the pressing head along the mandrel. The drawing process is interrupted between the transitions to remove the next technological plate from the package and perform the following transition of drawing the product. In the first transition, a partially deformed product workpiece is obtained with a predetermined depth of drawing and a flat peripheral portion, and at each subsequent transition, the workpiece is drawn to a depth equal to the thickness of the previously removed process plate, and the corrugations are smoothed at the peripheral portion.

EFFECT: technological possibilities of drawing thin-walled products of complex shape in small-scale and single production are expanded.
