FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: oilfield element is produced from the composition, containing the components in the following proportion, wt %: butadiene-nitrile rubber-BNR or the combination of BNR with hydrogenated butadiene-nitrile rubber-HBNR (100.0), the cellulose ether (1.0-30.0), the copolymer of acrylic acid with acrylic acid amide or potassium acrylate (60.0-120.0), the carbon black (50.0-90.0), highly dispersed silicon oxide (15.0-50.0), oxide zinc (3.0-7.0), magnesia burnt (3.0-10.0), the stearic acid (1.5-3.0), antioxidants (2.0-3.0), vulcanizing system: sulfur (0.5-3.0) and the vulcanization accelerators (1.3-3.5) or organic peroxide (4.5-10.0) and vulcanization co-agent (100% of active substance) (3.6-5.0), technological additives (1.0-3.0). The components are mixed in two stages. At first, the components are mixed for 30-40 minutes without the vulcanization system adding. The mixture temperature at the end of mixing is not more than 140°C. After cooling the mixture upto 40-60°C the vulcanization system is introduced and it is mixed for 10-13 minutes. The mixture temperature at the end of the mixing is not more than 110°C. The element is formed under the pressure of 12-20 MPa at the temperature of 150-170°C for 30-60 minutes.

EFFECT: increase of the swelling in water degree and the service life.
