FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rubber mixture and can be used as elastic rubber elements, applied in production of packer and anchor equipment in oil and gas industry. Rubber mixture contains butadiene-nitrile rubber and partly hydrated butadiene-nitrile rubber, technical carbon N 220 and technical carbon P 514, magnesia usta, antioxidant - agidol-2, age resistor - acetone anil H, vulcanisation activator - zinc stearate, plasticiser - dibutylphthalate, lubricant for resin polymethylsiloxane liquid - 200, modifier - Thiokol NVB-2, vulcanising agent - novoperox PB-40, vulcanisation coagent - triallyl cyanurate 70 GR in amounts, given in invention formula.
EFFECT: increase of physical and mechanical indices, namely tensile strength, relative elongation, thermal stability at temperature 150°C.
