FIELD: transport system organization.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the design and organization of the transport system of large cities. The high-speed metro consists of closed metro lines with large radii of curved sections for non-stop high-speed movement along them a line of single unmanned cars and interchange shuttle lifts. The carriages move in parallel, isolated from each other horizontal tunnels on the lower rails with a standard gauge, and the shuttle lifts with upper bogies - on the overhead rails. The delivery of passengers from ground stations to each car is carried out by a shuttle lift, which, at a strictly controlled moment of time, slides down into the inclined tunnel from the station landing site, accelerates to the required speed, enters a horizontal tunnel, catches up with a passing car from the tail and, after equalizing the speeds, enters its tail sluice part on roller bearings, then smoothly joins with it at zero speed difference. Passengers transfer from the shuttle lift to the passenger compartment and back is carried out simultaneously in two opposite flows after the completion of the docking. Passengers are transported to the ground station in reverse order, with door openings closed, the shuttle lift undocked at the checkpoint from the carriage, entering the inclined tunnel, going up, smooth braking, stopping and parking at the ground station landing site for passengers to exit and enter until arrival next lift shuttle.
EFFECT: efficiency of the transport system is increased.
