FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: slag granulation system contains the slag granulating device with the slag granulation chamber, in which the rotating spray granulator is installed to spray the molten slag and the air inlet for supplying the air into the molten slag prior the slag spraying, the slag supply mechanism into the slag granulation chamber, having the pipe, connected to the slag granulation chamber inlet, the air blast tube installed inside the pipe of the slag delivery mechanism. The air supply is connected to one end of the air blast tube, remoted from the slag granulation chamber, and the blast tube has the perforated section, remoted from the mentioned air supply, by means of which the air is supplied to the molten slag.
EFFECT: efficiency improvement of the spraying, heat recovery and the slag granulation.
