FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: according to the method, all electronic files of the reference bitmaps are converted into a predefined format, converting colours to grayscale and squeezing to a small area square of the order of 20×20 pixels. Further, according to the method, the converted electronic files of the reference bitmaps are stored in a specialized database. Each electronic file of the analyzed bitmap is converted into a predefined format identical to the reference one. Each image pixel is searched in the specialized database, and information is extracted therefrom about, in which of the reference images in the given place a similar pixel occurs. Herewith the specialized database contains reference images, wherein each reference image is assigned an identifier.
EFFECT: extending the range of technical facilites.
