FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: method includes hydrodynamic, thermal and mechanical cleaning of pipe surface, after which a primer layer is applied to the cleaned surface of the pipe and dried at room temperature, followed by controlling the thickness of applied layer, and then heating the pipe to the deposition temperature of protective polymer coating and protective polymer coating is applied on primer layer by spraying. Simultaneously with the spraying of protective polymeric coating with compressed air, glassfiber is fed and the roughness of pipe surface is regulated by means of fiber length and feed rate thereof, and then applied protective coating is polymerized and its quality control is carried out.

EFFECT: increasing the adhesive strength between the pipe and the protective coating, creating a roughened, fleecy outer protective coating on the outer surface of casing pipe and increasing the corrosion resistance of casing pipes in all oilfield environments and solutions of mineral acids that reduce abrasion and hydraulic resistance of pipes.
