FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: preliminary external and internal calibration of pipe edges is performed for type of pipes connection. Then accessories are installed on both pipe edges, using them the pipe is rotated, upon the external surface protecting against external contacts, then hydrodynamic cleaning of the internal and external pipe surfaces are cleaned. The thermal cleaning of the specified pipe surfaces is performed in the furnace at temperature 390-420°C, then are held for one hour, then heated pipe is subjected to the mechanical cleaning by the abrasive out of the furnace ensuring specified roughness of the pipe surfaces. To the external and internal pipe surfaces the primer layer is applied with further drying at room temperature, at that the pipe using the accessories is rotated, then the pipe is heated in the furnace to temperature of the powder layer of the corrosion-resistant coating application, and the mentioned coating is applied simultaneously on the external and internal pipe surfaces. Then the layer polymerisation of the mentioned coating is performed by the pipe heating in the furnace, that is rotated, and further cooling by water/air mixture is performed.

EFFECT: reliable and long-time protective coating due to increased corrosion resistance of pipes, by increased quality of cleaning of the pipe surfaces and coating application to the pipe surfaces.
