SUBSTANCE: unit (1) of a dispensing device for tangentially distributing a sheet (2) from a roll (3) of a sheet material is provided, which comprises sheet material formed of two webs (101, 102) with attenuation lines (103, 104), the attenuation lines (103) of one web (101) being displaced with respect to the attenuation lines (104) of the other web (102). The unit (1) of the dispensing device comprises a base (4), a first roller (6) and a means (7) opposing the first roller, between which the sheet material moves to the dispensing outlet (8). The unit (1) of the dispensing device additionally comprises a pocket (5) for supporting a roll (3) of the sheet material and unwinding the sheet material to the first roller (6) at any consumption level of the roll (3) of the sheet material. And wherein the first roller (6) and the means (7, 9) opposing the roller are arranged relative to each other at a distance in accordance with a fixed clip between them, so as to create a braking force acting on the sheet material, sufficient to break the web attenuation line at the dispensing outlet (8) or after the dispensing outlet (8).
