SUBSTANCE: installation contains couple of unwinding shafts for corresponding reels, located from side opposite to plane of symmetry (X), device for fusion of back end of reel, uncoiled from one of mentioned shafts, with front end of new, full reel, installed on other shaft, herewith device, in turn allows configuration, symmetric relative to plane of symmetry and contains couple of jointing cylinders (11, 12), located on each side of plane of symmetry (X), rotating around its corresponding axis and implemented with ability of approaching to each other and moving off from each other, groups of suction ports, formed on lines lengthwise generatrix of jointing cylinders (11, 12). According to invention the first cutter (13), interacting to corresponding cylinder and located with ability of pressure to this cylinder lengthwise its generatrix, is placed lower than contact area of this cylinder (11) to other cylinder (12), the second cutter (24) is located higher than specified cylinders, herewith installation is outfitted by controlling means of power transmitting means (26, 27), synchronising rotation of cylinders at a rate, at which specified material is uncoiled from reels.
EFFECT: invention provides for productivity improvement.
