FIELD: engine devices and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: air-liquid heat exchanger comprising a tubular-ribbed unit (15, 115) of trapezoidal shape comprising a number of air passages through which the air to be cooled passes. The trapezoidal shape of the heat exchanger is obtained due to the use of air channels nonuniform in cross-section which are narrowed from the side of air intake to the side of air discharge. By using such air channels of nonuniform flow cross-sections, the heat exchanger can be optimized with respect to the body size, pressure drop and heat transfer to suit the particular application task.

EFFECT: increased heat exchanger efficiency.
