SUBSTANCE: sweet pizza contains a cake covered with a filling comprising honey, raisins, sugar, apples, pears, butter, cinnamon, vanillin. The quantitative ratio of the ingredients in the filling is chosen. The filling may additionally contain an ice cream ball weighing 30-60 g. The filling is previously sauteed, applied to the cake, and the temperature impact is carried out in a conveyor oven for 3-6 minutes at a temperature of 250-300°C.

EFFECT: price reduction, shortening the cooking time while preserving nutrients.
