FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. Cereal bar is proposed for feeding workers who work with radioactive substances and ionising radiation, which includes oat bran, light or dark raisins, dried dates, bee honey, coarse wheat fibre, buckwheat flour, dried apricots, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, black currant berries, green apple, butter, dried sea cabbage, crushed fresh beets and dried chokeberry fruits with the following ratio of the initial components, wt%: coarse wheat fibre 3–4; buckwheat flour 4–5; sesame seeds 1.5–2; pumpkin seeds 2–3; dried apricots 6–7; dried dates 5–6; light or dark raisin 2.5–3; crushed fresh beet 6–7; dried chokeberry fruits 3.5–4; dried sea cabbage 6–7; black currant berries 15–17; green apple 8.5–10; butter 4–5; bee honey 4,5–5; bran oats – the balance.
EFFECT: invention provides the preparation of cereal bars intended for feeding workers working with radioactive substances and ionising radiation, with radioprotective effect, which accelerate the excretion of radioactive substances from the body.
