FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device for delivery of a magnetic X-ray endoprosthesis of human vessels and hollow bodies includes two hollow catheters placed in one another, the proximal end of the external catheter being fixedly connected to the hollow housing and the proximal end of the inner catheter connected to a hollow sleeve mounted in the hollow housing with a possibility of rotation and longitudinal movement relative to the hollow housing, the hollow body is provided with a stopper to retain the hollow sleeve position, and a flexible conductor. The device is provided with a cylindrical hollow tip with a lock at the end. The proximal end of the cylindrical hollow tip is attached to the end of the outer hollow catheter, and the distal end is open. In the cylindrical hollow tip cavity, an Archimedean screw is located with an end cap in the form of a cylinder with a hemisphere, with a through longitudinal channel and with a screw channel outlet at the end of the cylindrical hollow tip. A linear link of spherical magnets closed at the N and S poles in a linear direction is placed in the screw channel of the Archimedean screw. The proximal end of the Archimedean screw is attached to the internal hollow catheter, the cavity of which communicates with the cavity of the through longitudinal channel of the Archimedean screw, the distal end of the Archimedean screw in working position contacts the cylindrical hollow tip lock. The device is use to implement the method for implantation of a magnetic X-ray endoprosthesis of human vessel and hollow bodies.
EFFECT: group of inventions allows to simplify the delivery of a linear link of spherical magnets to the affected area and form a hollow cylindrical spiral made of spherical magnets.
