SUBSTANCE: separation device comprises a housing (12) having first (19) and second (40) separation chambers, partitions for creating an obstacle within the second chamber (40), holes (98) in the housing for inlet and outlet of liquid to the first chamber (19), a means (100) to create a swirling of the liquid within the first chamber (19), holes providing liquid flow between the first chamber and the second chamber (40), a means for directing the liquid flow inside the second chamber. The total flow in the second chamber passes in a direction substantially opposite to the direction of flow swirling in the first chamber.

EFFECT: ease of installation, efficient operation of the device with the flow of any direction.
