FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: suspension microchip is proposed for multiplex detection of pathogens transmitted by mites, containing a set of primers for detection of Francisella tularensis, Rickettsia Australian fever Q, Borrelia burgdorferi, Bartonella, virus of encephalitis, virus of Xinjiang hemorrhagic fever, Rickettsiae Groups of spotted fever, babesiosis and erlichiosis. The methods for multiplex detection of mite-borne pathogens using a suspension microchip are also considered.
EFFECT: invention can be used to detect the main pathogens transmitted by mites, in order to prevent diseases.
