FIELD: biotechnology and medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the laboratory diagnostics of viral tick-borne encephalitis and ixodid tick-borne neuroborreliosis. A set of reagents for the detection of pathogens of tick-borne neuroinfections is presented. The set contains specific external, internal and loop primers for the detection of B. burgdorferi sl DNA, B. miyamotoi DNA and Tick borne encephalitis virus RNA; Bsm DNA polymerase together with the appropriate reaction buffer, as well as MgCl2, dNTP nucleotide mixture, betaine, deionized water, positive and negative controls, ethidium bromide stain for visual detection of the test result or EVA-green fluorescent dye for instrumental detection, and reverse transcriptase.
EFFECT: invention allows, in one analytical formulation, to detect all three main pathogens of tick-borne neuroinfections: B. burgdorferi sl, B. miyamotoi and Tick borne encephalitis virus.
